These can be made with chicken or ground beef.
Prepare chicken or ground beef how you like. I personally like to season my beef or chicken with paprika, cumin, chives, and chili powder. You can use rotisserie chicken as well.
Mix in a bowl with 1 cup yogurt (ratio 1 lb of meat to 1 cup yogurt) and buffalo sauce to taste. Add half a cup of cheddar.
Cut 5 bell peppers in half and stuff with chicken mixture. Air fry for 10 minutes at 350F or until bell peppers are slightly soft and cheese is melted.
