1 lb of ground beef, sausage, or turkey
~ 4 cups of mixed coleslaw or similar veggies (I use shredded brussel sprouts, cabbage, kale, and broccoli)
4 tablespoons of coconut aminos
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon of chili powder and pepper
Instructions: Mix dry spices into the meat of your choice. Over high heat spray avocado oil or olive oil in a nonstick pan and add meat. After a few minutes when the meat has become less pink, add your veggies and coconut aminos. Cook until meat is cooked through and your veggies have absorbed the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
