
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
Dried bread crumbs *keto gluten/grain-free bread or omit if you prefer
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup green onion
4 tablespoons cumin
4 tablespoons ground pepper
3 tablespoons salt
1 egg
5 tablespoons paprika
Mix everything together with a mixer. Form small patties. For a more authentic taste, fry in olive oil for about 5 mins on each side. For a healthier alternative grill on BBQ for 10 minutes.
