About Me

Making the first step towards change is often the hardest thing to do. I am an experienced health coach, with years of research behind me. I believe preventative health is the first step to living your best life. I work with clients on their brain health and functional wellness. I received my undergraduate degree from UCSD in Human Development with a focus in Neuroscience. I have a master's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Columbia University in New York City and I was trained and certified in Integrative Medical Health coaching by Duke University. I am currently a Ph.D. student at Columbia University. I am also a psychology adjunct professor and teach on various topics in psychology including: Lifespan, Mind, Brain, and Behavior, and Childhood Psychopathology.
