About Me

Making the first step towards change is often the hardest thing to do. I am an experienced health coach, with years of research behind me. I believe that preventative health is the first step to living your best life. I work with clients on their brain health, functional wellness, and mitochondrial health. I received my undergraduate degree from UCSD in Human Development with a focus in Neuroscience. I have a master's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Columbia University in New York City and I was trained and certified in Integrative Medical Health coaching by Duke University. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Columbia University in Applied Physiology with a focus in Neurobiology, Exercise Science, and Nutrition.
