1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 ounces of butter melted
1 cup swerve (if you use monk fruit, use a little less or they might turn out icy)
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
6 tablespoons ground pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup ground golden flax
Whip together all the ingredients. Spread out on parchment paper in shape of a circle(I've also made them messy before- see below and they turn out thin and crisp). Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
