Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg * optional
1/2 cup ghee or butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 1/4 cup swerve or sweetener of your choice
2 flax eggs (3 tablespoons of water to 1 tablespoon of flax) or you can use 2 eggs if you're not egg sensitive
4 cups of almond flour (or 3.5 cups of coconut flour)
3 teaspoons of baking powder (1/2 tsp baking soda &1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar * to activate the baking soda )
Optional chocolate chips or sugar free sprinkles
Directions: Preheat oven at 350F, whip butter with sweetener and heavy cream and nutmeg if using, add the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
